The active ingredient in IceZon BodyCool Effervescent is Gypsum Fibrosum. It is a natural mineral with cooling benefits and properties aid to reduce and relieve of body heatiness and other heaty related symptoms such as mouth ulcers, sore throat, etc.
2. How to differentiate “Fever” and “Body Heatiness”?
“Fever” is when a body is infected and the temperature goes higher than normal range of 36 – 37°C (98 – 100°F) whereas “Body Heatiness” is referring to internal body experiences heaty and produces symptoms of heatiness such as sore thoat, mouth ulcer and etc.

Our recommended daily dosage for adult as 1 sachet each time, 3 times a day after meal and for children above 6 years old as 1 sachet a day after meal.
